Arizona Future Stars is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth baseball organization dedicated to developing young athletes through elite coaching, competitive play, and mentorship. Founded in 2012 by former professional baseball player Santiago Perez, our program provides top-tier training while instilling discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship in every athlete.

 

We offer teams from 11U to 18U, competing at the highest levels to prepare players for success in baseball and beyond. More than just a club, we are committed to shaping young men of character—on and off the field. Through professional coaching, we emphasize skill development alongside core values such as respect, hard work, and a positive mindset.
